Philips ‘Saeco’ Coffee Machines

A busy consumer period was fast approaching. It was time for this established coffee brand to boost sales.

Background

The Saeco coffee machine was one of the first fully automatic coffee machines in the Australian market. Manufactured by Philips, the Saeco fully automatic espresso machine range included the GranBaristo, Exprelia, Moltio, Minuto and Intelia. It was being sold in Harvey Norman and The Good Guys.

How we helped – engaging product demonstrations

To capitalise on consumer behaviour and drive sales during a peak period, we developed a product demonstrations campaign for 13 weeks leading up to Mothers Day. We rolled out targeted in-store demonstrations Australia-wide in the ERT channel, with demonstration staff deployed in the top performing Harvey Norman stores. The campaign also included retailer VIP nights. The client enjoyed weekly reporting across the campaign.
